Sungjae Hong

I’m a start-up educator who coaches management with a design mindset. I majored in art at Hongik University and acquired expertise in management at KAIST. Based on this unique background, I promotes the importance of management through design thinking. I have a career as a founder of design-based social venture Zero space Co., Ltd. and CEO of a Workshop Co., Ltd, and currently participate as a writer specializing in Asan Entrepreneurship Review Cases at Asan Nanum Foundation. I won the Innovation Award from the Presidential Committee for Balanced National Development at the Better Together Challenge 2018 and the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award twice in 2019 and 2020.

I am currently a professor at Hansung University’s Startup R&D Center, and I have developed innovative start-up education such as <Seoul-type Social Venture Startup> <Global Social Venture Startup> <Startup Item Creation> and <Visual Language and Entrepreneurship>, so I’m taking the first step with campus CEOs that they have to take as entrepreneurs.
